Prensado de la uva y fermentaci\u00f3n del mosto: prensa neum\u00e1tica, seleccionando solo el mosto flor. Fermentaci\u00f3n de cada variedad por separado a temperatura controlada en dep\u00f3sitos de acero inoxidable.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cupaje:<\/strong> Xarel.lo, Sauvignon blanc y Pinot noir.
