  • Region:<\/strong> D.O. Cava. Sub region: Central Penedes (Garnatxa).<\/li>\n
  • Altitude of the vineyards:<\/strong> 125m (Granatxa).<\/li>\n
  • Climate:<\/strong> mild Mediterranean.<\/li>\n
  • Annual rainfall:<\/strong> an average of 465 litres per square metre.<\/li>\n
  • Soil:<\/strong> clay and calcareous.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    1st FERMENTATION: must to base wine<\/span><\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Harvest:<\/strong> hand gathered to select the best grapes in August when the variety is at its peak of maturation. Organic farming vineyards.<\/li>\n
    • Pressing and must fermentation:<\/strong> pneumatic press. Skin maceration for 4 hours. After the must ferments at a constant temperature of 16\u00baC in stainless steel tanks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      2nd FERMENTATION: base wine to Vintage Cava<\/span><\/h3>\n

      • The base wine blending:<\/strong> Garnatxa 100%.<\/li>\n
      • Fermentation temperature:<\/strong> 15-18 \u00baC.<\/li>\n
      • Ageing period:<\/strong> for more than 12 months. Vintage dated each year. Sugar added: 8 g\/L Brut.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        TASTING NOTES<\/span><\/h3>\n

        • Appearance:<\/strong> It presents a pale pink coloured cava with fine and persistent bubbles.<\/li>\n
        • Aroma:<\/strong> red fruit and citrus notes with a gentle aromas of ageing. Palate: fresh, well balanced with a very round palate.<\/li>\n
        • Gastronomy:<\/strong> recommended for assorted salads, pasta, rice and fish dishes.<\/li>\n
        • Tips:<\/strong> served cold, between 6\u00baC to 8\u00baC, in flute glass type, transparent, tall, thin and without decoration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
