Priorat.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sub region:<\/strong> Poboleda.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Altitude of the vineyards:<\/strong> 380m.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Climate:<\/strong> mild Mediterranean and continental hints.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Annual rainfall:<\/strong> an average of 493 liters per square meter.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Soil:<\/strong> Llicorella and argilocalcareous-calcareous.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #f4cac4;\">WINEMAKING<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Harvest:<\/strong> hand gathered to select the best grapes. The harvest starts at mid-September with the Garnatxa and it finish at the end of September with the Samso\u0301.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Winemaking:<\/strong> Cold pre-fermentation maceration and gentle extraction by pigeage (punchdown) followed by a 20 days maceration during fermentation. After fermentation is complete, 4-6 months of ageing in a mix of 50\/50 225 l new French and American oak barrels.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Blend:<\/strong> Garnatxa and Samso\u0301. Production Vintage 2020: 9.100 bottles<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #f4cac4;\">TASTING NOTES<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Appearance:<\/strong> Sentiments 2021 presents a dark ruby red colour with hints of purple.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Aroma:<\/strong> On the nose it presents an intense and fresh aroma of red fruits, toasted notes and hints of raisins.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Palate:<\/strong> In the mouth it is well-rounded and pleasant with long and fresh aftertaste.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pairing:<\/strong> We recommend to serve it accompanying meats, roasts, stews, mushrooms and blue cheeses.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Serving temperature:<\/strong> 14-16\u00baC.
