Pened\u00e8s.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Subregion<\/strong>: Central Pened\u00e8s (Xarel.lo) and Superior Pened\u00e8s (Sauvignon Blanc).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Climate<\/strong>: Temperate Mediterranean.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Soil<\/strong>: Clay-loam, with good permeability and water retention capacity.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Vineyard planting altitude<\/strong>: 150m (Xarel.lo) and 280m (Sauvignon Blanc).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Rainfall<\/strong>: 345 l\/m2 annual average.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #cbb262;\">WINEMAKING<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Harvest<\/strong>: Manual harvest, Sauvignon Blanc at the end of August and Xarel.lo in mid-September.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Grape pressing and must fermentation<\/strong>: Pneumatic press. Cold maceration of the free-run must of the Xarel.lo variety with the grape skins to obtain the typicality of this indigenous variety. Fermentation of each variety separately at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Blend<\/strong>: Xarel.lo 90% and Sauvignon Blanc 10%.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Fermentation temperature<\/strong>: 15-16 \u00baC.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #cbb262;\">TASTING NOTES<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>T\u2019ESTIMO INFINIT has a pale yellow color. On the nose, it is fresh with outstanding aromas of white and tropical fruit along with delicate floral notes.<\/p>\n<p>On the palate, it is a structured, balanced, and tasty wine with a very pleasant and dry finish.<\/p>\n<p>Recommended to pair with appetizers, rice dishes, pasta, fish, oysters, and seafood.
